:: Frock :: Two navy guys will get frocked today. I've got an email (mass) invitation to join the ceremony. How funny..."Frock" I looked up the word from dictionary.com, but it didn't make sense to me. So, I decided to ask Judy and she explained to me how "Frock" is used around here. She also talked about military rank, outfit, etc. Interesting :)
