:: Real Pecan Pie :: I hate those (almost) pecan pie with only a tiny bit of pecan filling or topping. I LOVE pecans and I LOVE pecan pie with TONS of PECANS and VERY SWEEEEET! >_< Well, while my husband is on his 1st ATKIN diet (Induction), I baked Pecan Pie for my nighty snack. He's sad. He wants some. R-Aoy (Pop's Uncle) and R-Mod (his wife) are heading over here for a visit. They live in Texas. Pop is picking them up from R-Tim's house right now. I should go get ready to greet them.
