2 days in Tokyo

I'm a LOST little boy >_< Day Zero: The flights were awesome. We've got killer seats. (How lucky) It was just....LONG...TOO LONG, that's the only thing I have to complain. I wanted to exchange some money in Chicago but Pop was so out of it and didn't listen to me >_< so we headed toward Tokyo with only 12,000 YEN in the pocket. Day One: We hit Tokyo yesterday...so unprepred, so lost and so tired. From Narita, we took NEX (Narita Express Train) to Tokyo station. The Limo would have been better, closer to the hotel. It only took a few minutes from Tokyo Station to "Hotel Universe" via Taxi. It should have been 600 something Yens but as soon as the taxi arrived at the hotel, stupid meter went up a noch to 700 somthing Yens. Anyway, we arrived around 7:30PM and got a room (652) We love this hotel! It's compact but nice and packed with amenities. Since it's late, we decided to walked around the hotel (Lawson 24/7 supermarket is right next to the hotel) We bought some food and drink back to the hotel after our short dinner at Yoshinoya (Pork only for this branch) near the hotel. We crashed around 11PM, hoping to gain lots of energy for the next day. Day Two: FIRST, exchange the money for $500.00/52,400 YEN. The bank opened at 10AM. We were up since 6 and was out and about since 8. THEN, I bought the ONE DAY pass subway today but only have been to ONE place (Akihabara Den Den town) Bought an adaptor for my laptop plug. Ate Ate Ate, Walked Walked Walked and that's it! We're so tired and WET! It's been raining all day. (Oh, we've got this cute disposal umbrella for 500 yen at the hotel vending machine) Well, now we're back at the hotel again (3:50PM now) to take a rest. INTERNET here is free through hotel's LAN. They gave us a little KIT to use with. In a bout 1/2 hour, we'll try to go out again ... fighting with the Yucky weather. Nothing can stop us. Nothing! >_<
