Decision Decision (>_<)! Beside the decision about my new job, now Pop and I are seriously thinking about selling/buying home. We want to sell our house and buy a bigger one. It's crazy. We are in an awesomely *hot* location and our house is perfect for middle income couple. It's affordable and attracted many people. Within three years, houses in this area have gone up double or tripple. Mine has been doubled. Eventhough we can make money selling our house, we still have to pay *more* to get a new one. So, we're not really making anything out of it unless we can buy a new home in the other area where it's much chaper. Can we do that? No..! Pop's family is only 10 minutes away from us right now and they need him to be nearby. We have no choice but searching for a new home around here where it's getting more and more expensive. Right now we're in a cozy little 2 bedroom townhouse but we need a 3rd room for our future family member. No, not right at this moment but just a preparation ;) โอยยย ปวดกระบาล งานใหม่ก็อยากทำ บ้านใหม่ก็อยากซื้อ ถ้าซื้อบ้านก็เลือกงานใหม่ไม่ได้เพราะมันอยู่กันคนละรัฐเลย เพื่อนก็อยากให้ย้ายไปเดลลาแวร์เพราะบ้านที่นั่นก็ถูกกว่า แต่ป็อปก็เป็นห่วงครอบครัวของเขาที่เวอร์จิเนียร์ แต่ที่จะซื้อบ้านใหม่เพราะคิดว่าอีกปีสองปีคงจะถึงเวลาให้ไอ้ป็อปจูเนียร์ออกมากวนใจได้เสียที ตอนนี้มีแค่สองห้องนอนก็อยากจะได้สักสามห้องไว้ให้ไอ้จูเนียร์มันระบายสีผนังห้องเล่นสักห้อง บ้านหลังนี้ซื้อมาได้สามปีแล้ว ราคาบ้านมันก็ขึ้นเอา ๆ ซึ่งหากขายตอนนี้ก็จะได้กำไรไม่ต่ำกว่าแสนเหรียญ แต่ได้อย่างก็เสียอย่างเพราะหากไปซื้อบ้านใหม่มันก็แพงขึ้นเหมือน ๆ กัน จะย้ายสถานที่ไปซื้อบ้านทำเลอื่นที่มันถูกกว่าก็ทำไม่ได้ เพราะป็อปต้องการบ้านที่ไม่ห่างจากครอบครัวเขา อย่างนี้เรียกว่าเท่าทุนเพราะขายบ้านได้กำไรก็ต้องเอาไปโปะกับบ้านหลังใหม่ที่ราคาแพง (>_<) หน้ามืดแล้วตอนนี้ ป๋ากับฉันมีแต่เรื่องที่ต้องตัดสินใจ ชีวิตเราทำไมมันไม่ราบรื่นเหมือนหัวล้านคนข้างบ้านหนอ...
